I was born and raised in Australia, a country known for its diverse and rich culinary heritage. Growing up in a land where the food culture is as diverse as the landscapes, I developed an early appreciation for fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Australia’s close proximity to the sea made seafood a big part of my diet, while the abundance of native fruits and vegetables sparked my curiosity about how we can use simple ingredients to create vibrant,wholesome recipes,flavorful dishes. From the bold spices used in Aboriginal bush foods to the fresh herbs and flavors of Mediterranean-inspired Australian cuisine, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a variety of cooking styles that shaped my approach to food.

As a child, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my family, learning the ins and outs of cooking from my mother and grandmother.
